1.Prime your eyes
2. Apply a white shadow over your entire eyelid all the way up to the brow
3. Apply a light blue eyeliner to your crease and use a smudge brush to blend it out so its not so harsh
4. Use a similar shade of blue and apply it on top on the eyeliner
5. Use some liquid eyeliner
6. Put your favourite mascara on and voila!

Picture
1. Apply concealer under and on top of your eyes to conceal dark circle and act as a base for your shadows
2. Apply a neutral shimmer shadow all over the lid
3. Apply a brown shimmer shadow to the outer-V and drag it into the crease (which you can't really see in the picture but hopefully you get how to do it )
4. Line your eyes with liquid liner and add a little wing
5. Add one coat of your favourite mascara to your top and bottom lashes
6. Finally add a cream colour to your inner corner to brighten up the eyes
